Course Objectives: |
The course aims to provide the student with the fundamental role and principles of communication in the work context. To have a general understanding of why good communication skills are important in business, students are equipped with the knowledge and skills related to verbal, nonverbal and written communication, the effective use of technology for communication, effective listening skills, and how to prepare and effectively take part in job interviews with emphasis on the cultural aspect of communication. |
