Course Objectives: |
The Psychology of Gender course provides an overview of theories and research on gender in psychology. Stereotypes about gender, theories of gender differences, and sexual identity development across the lifespan will be discussed. The course will also focus on research on sexual differences in different areas of life such as cognitive skills, emotions, relationships, school, career and work, health, stress, and psychopathology. |
