Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Will be able to debate introduction geriatric rehabilitation, overview and healthy living.
2) Will be able to debate musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, neurological, psychosocial, genitourinary changes in elderly.
3) Will be able to debate exercise applications in elderly.
4) Defines the assessment methods and physiotherapy programs.

Course Content

Elderly mortality and morbidity in the elderly motor control of posture and gait , cognitive changes in the elderly , the elderly and the physiotherapy practice includes general training course.
