Course Objectives: | The course's goals are to help you understand documentary as a complex form with a variety of techniques and genres, to place that diversity in historical and social contexts, and to expose you to some analytical methods for studying your own and other filmmakers' work. |
Course Content: | The course is formed of two sections; while the students will be informed of the history of the genre they will also make their own short documentary film. |
