Course Content

Fundemantals of retail, the dynamics of home improvement retailing , internal and external environmental factors affecting retail management, brand management, customer relationship management, product placement and visual editing, category management process, sales and service from different channels (omnichannel), store atmosphere, retailing techniques, supply chain, logistics management and warehouse management.
