Course Objectives: This course aims to provide students with the experience of knowing the concepts of project concept and project components, project definition and function, being aware of national and international projects in the field of educational technology, examining these projects in detail and evaluating what they offer to the field. Accordingly, it will gain the ability to develop a project idea related to the field of educational technology and to turn this idea into a project application file.
In this context, the course content will cover the following topics: project life cycle and project management; project topic selection; literature review; project purpose; project methodology; unique value of projects; data collection tools; project work and timeline; project management software; project budget; risk planning; common value of projects; project team; project calls; national projects (TUBITAK, National Development Agencies, Ministries); international projects (EU, etc.); creating original project proposal.

At the end of the lesson, students will
1. Understand what a project is, project components and function and the importance of project management.
2. Know project management processes, tools and techniques from project execution, monitoring and control to project closure.
3. Evaluate project reports in the field of educational technology
