| Course Objectives: | Evaluating of urban planning as an intersect point between concept of urban renewal and real estate market, evaluating of aims-actors-effects of these concepts, defining the physical, economic, social and environmental effects of these concepts, discussing these in terms of urban politics and legal regulations, making general evaluation in the frame of planning. |

Course Content
| Researching of urban transition concept. Spatial selection and actors of real estate sector. Evaluating of effects of real estate sector to urban localization organization. Relations of real estate sector and urban transition projects (actors, aims and strategies). By the contrast of planning decisions and implementations, gathering research of real estate sector and urban transition investigations. |
