Course Objectives:

This course deals with the central issues in real estate finance and investment. Typical policies and procedures used in financing of residential, industrial, and commercial properties are discussed. When the students successfully completed this course, they should be able to understand many aspects of residential real estate, such as the process by which capital investments are made in real property, and to assess some of the issues facing the real estate finance and investment community.
