Course Objectives: | The course emphasizes the value and process of strategic management. In addition to familiarizing students with new subject matter, students are expected to integrate and apply their prior learning to strategic decision making in organizations. |
Course Content: | The teaching methods of the course are Case Study, Technology-Enhanced Learning, Collaborative Learning, Lecture, Reading, Discussion. The Strategic Management course focuses on organizations determining their long-term goals and developing the strategies needed to achieve these goals. The course covers strategic analysis, gaining competitive advantage, and strategy implementation processes. Students have the opportunity to develop strategic thinking skills through real-world examples. |
