Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives:

This course has been organized both to facilitate students’ understanding of human resource management and to provide expanded coverage of emerging issues such as strategic human resource management. Some of the themes covered in this course are: strategic role of human resource management; recruitment and placement; employee testing and selection; training development; performance appraisal. The course will based on Turkish human resource activity examples which are going to help students in their work life.
