Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: Objectives of the histology course: To reveal the structure-function relationship of cells and tissues at the microscopic level. Define the target of the histology. To emphasize the main usage purposes of the methods used. To comprehend the basic principles and purposes of microscopes used today, starting from the light microscope to the high-resolution Electron Microscope. To recognize human cells and basic tissues with their molecular properties. Formation of reproductive cells, fertilization; Starting from the zygote stage, cascading the early development of the embryo at the cell and tissue level. To reveal the well-known and faulty embryological developments.
