Course Objectives: | To teach the fundamental principles of improvisation and role playing activities. Role playing capacity of actors must be developed when they experience contemporary improvisation methods. On this course, students will explore the tools of basic instruments of improvisation and spontenous responding ability. They will gain the ability to efficiently and correctly use verbal and non-verbal improvisations. Students will experience modern improvisation methods of Viola Spolin, Keith Johnstone and Augusto Boal during this semester. |
Course Content: | The content of this course is to improve the student's knowledge and skills about basic improvisation techniques with various applications. |
