Course Objectives: | This course aims to provide an introduction to biostatistical concepts and explain basic principles in research methods at the undergraduate level for oral healthcare. The course starts with descriptive measures and probability concepts. It represents an introduction to this field with an overview of basic uses of descriptive and inferential statistical methods. It encompasses the understanding of presentation, analysis, interpretation of collected data and applying in dental research methods. |
