Course Objectives: | The course aims to provide students with a foundation in the basic concepts of biophysics. The course will cover a wide range of topics, applying physical principles and techniques to different problems in biology. |
Course Content: | Biomechanics, biopotentials, EEG, EMG, muscle contraction and sliding filament theory, Hill equation, Circulatory biophysics, Inspiratory dynamics, biological receptors (vision and auditory), radiation biophysics and lasers. |
