Course Objectives: | Pilates approach and yoga philosophy gain practical skills in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation |
Course Content: | This course; pilates and yoga practices in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, examples of yoga and pilates practice in different health problems. |
