Course Objectives: | Introduction of the retailing Retail Management Store management and Omnichannel Today and the future of Retailing How do we prepare for the future with innovative approaches? |
Course Content: | Fundemantals of retail, the dynamics of home improvement retailing , internal and external environmental factors affecting retail management, brand management, customer relationship management, product placement and visual editing, category management process, sales and service from different channels (omnichannel), store atmosphere, retailing techniques, supply chain, logistics management and warehouse management. |
