Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to gain knowledge and skills of definition of the physical and electrical therapeutic modalities; application of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, selection of the appropriate treatment for the problem, decission of using treatment modalities. |
Course Content: | This course contains; history of electrotherapy and direct currents, iontophoresis, galvanic current in physiotherapy , modified direct currents, electrodiagnostic testing, faradic currents, low-frequency currents, transcutaneous electrical stimulation, diadynamic currents, interferential current, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, functional electrical stimulation, Russian current, applications methods. |
