Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: This course will cover different types of Agile Project management technics. Course objectives can be listed as: Learning fundemantals of Agile project management, general knowledge on agile project management real-life examples with group case activities.
Course Content: Agile project management fundemantals, ASD (Adaptive Software Developement), RUP (Rational Unified Process), DSDM (Dynamic System Development Method), XP (Extreme Programming), CFM (Crystal Family of Methodologies), FDD, TDD (Feature and Test Driven Development), Open Source Software Development, Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile.
