Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği
| Course Objectives: | The main objective is the development of self-understanding and understanding of others through the acquisition of effective communication techniques presented within the framework of emotional intelligence and transactional analysis. |
| Course Content: | This course focuses on the theoretical background AND practice of interpersonal skills for communicating, establishing and maintaining goals in one-to-one relationships and group situations as well as effective problem solving techniques. . The focus of the first half of the course is on the theoretical background of these communication techniques. The second half focuses on both theory and exercises on interpersonal as well as intrapersonal communication. |
