Profile of the Program

Computer engineering Ph.D. program aims at graduating 1) Productive and innovative researchers who closely follow new technologies needed by the industry and scientifically contribute to their related technical fields, 2) University professors needed by Turkey 3) Professionals who are expert on the analysis, planning and management of large-scale information systems.

Specific Admission Requirements

Those who have an undergraduate or master's degree in a related engineering fieds could directly start our Ph.D. program. Others should first take scientific preparation courses before starting the Ph.D. program in computer engineering. For being accepted tp the Ph.D. program in computer engineering, they should have graduated from their prior undergraduate or mester's program with a minimum GPA of 2.75. A minimum ALES quantitative score of 60, or GRE quantitative score of 635, is required. A minimum ÜDS or KPDS score of 65, or TOEFL score of 213 (computer based) is required.
