| Graduates of the Faculty of Medicine are entitled to enter the draw organized by the Ministry of Health for compulsory service. As a result of their interest, they work as general practitioners in primary healthcare institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Health (family health centers, district health directorates, hospital emergency services, and 112 Emergency Ambulance Services). In addition, they gain the right to take the Medical Specialization Exam, held twice a year by the Student Selection and Placement Center. According to the results of this exam, those placed as assistant doctors in the hospitals of universities or training and research hospitals of the Ministry of Health start their specialization training. |
