Course Objectives: The basis of this topic is the pre-Islamic Turkish population living in the European parts of Asia and its political, social and cultural development. Assessment and learning of the social, cultural and economic situation of the political problem of Turkish society enables the examination of the main purpose of this issue. In addition, these lessons extend our cultural history, the borders of our political history from the neolithic period to B.C. Expanding it to the 3rd millennium BC and the end of the Hun culture, after giving information about the relationship between civilization and the factor that was effective in the birth of civilization, explaining the Turkish name, race and homeland, the relationship between culture and civilization, youth and performance theory that was effective in the birth of civilization, and the belongings of this period. He examines the archaeological and anthropological policies of Central Asia and Southern Siberia within the discipline of History.
