Course Objectives: | Explaining the vision and strategy of a brand from Turkey, which is among the leading companies in the ready made garment sector in 53countries and more than1000 stores, to the students through concrete examples and real cases. To Address the 360 degree branding process by addressing issues such as marketing, product strategy, procrument, risk management and employee engagement in the direction of globalization, gaining the leadership of the sector. The aim of the course is to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of the strategies and practices required to successfully manage and grow a global brand in the competitive ready-made garment sector. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; The purposes of this course: • gain the ability to develop and implement global branding strategies that effectively address diverse market dynamics and cultural nuances. • understand how to integrate various aspects of business operations, including marketing, procurement, and risk management, to enhance global brand positioning and visibility. • acquire skills in managing cross-cultural teams and promoting employee engagement to support a cohesive and adaptive organizational brand presence worldwide. |
According to the topic of the course, a different company manager will participate every week and, a global brand, LCW will be presented with examples and real cases. Lessons learned in the classroom will be supported with the field visits to the headquarter and stores. All content will be processed in accordance with the perspective of becoming a global brand. |
