Course Objectives: |
With a brief history of 16 years, the non-fleeting internet radio, the podcast can also be defined as audio packages/series available online and on mobile.The genre is on platforms including the New York Times, the BBC, Spotify, Microsoft with hosts including anyone from Nilay Örnek to Mark Zuckerberg. Despite global interest and investment in the novel format, it’s unfortunately under-appreciated and misunderstood in Turkey. The objective of this class is to introduce the relatively new audio storytelling, to demonstrate the theory and practice and to raise new, fresh and world-class podcasts and broadcasters. |
