Dersin Amacı:	Bu dersin genel amacı; uzaktan eğitimin kavramsal çerçevesi, alanda yapılan araştırmalar ve dünyadaki önemli uygulamalar hakkında kapsamlı bir anlayış kazanmaları konusunda öğrencilere yardımcı olmaktır
