Course Objectives: Learning of operations in urbans, principles of good management, enhancing of efficiency, researching of good and service types, pricing, quality management, importance of urban operations in terms of urbanites.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Learning the subjects in terms of urban planning, occupational health and safety. Learning of public economy discipline, production-pricing of public-semi public services, municipality service supply models, quality management systems, social welfare expenditures

Course Content

Goods and service generating for common local requirements, public and private sector components. Several services is done by public private partnerships. Understanding changing management of municipalities. New governance concept. Concepts of goods and service in public and private sector. Pincipals of municipality operations.
