| Physiotherapist is trained to perform physiotherapy and rehabilitation of congenital or acquired diseases, disorders or injuries and to perform preventive physiotherapy procedures in the context of the protection and development of health. In this context, physiotherapist as the healthcare professional who determines the physiotherapy and rehabilitation needs of the patients by using modern evaluation and measurement methods, for plans the physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs and performs the necessary procedures personally.
Physiotherapists involve with preventive, corrective and developmental studies, to consider the needs and demands of patients, their families, healthy persons and the whole society and to improve of the quality of life and health, which is a requirement of education and training of themselves. |
