1) Gains advanced theoretical knowledge in the field of private law and is up to date with current developments.
2) Evaluates national and international private law norms and their reflections in practice.
 1) Develop and deepen the current and advanced knowledge in the field with original thought and/or research and come up with innovative definitions based on Master's degree qualifications.
2) Conceive the interdisciplinary interaction which the field is related with ; come up with original solutions by using knowledge requiring proficiency on analysis, synthesis and assessment of new and complex ideas.
 1) Kamu hukuku ve özel hukuk alanlarında ve alt disiplinlerine ait kavram, kurum ve yöntemlere ilişkin güncel ve ileri düzeydeki bilgileri özgün düşünce ve/veya araştırma ile uzmanlık düzeyinde geliştirir, derinleştirir ve bu kavram, kurum ve yöntemlere ilişkin yenilik içeren özgün tanım ve nitelemelere ulaşır.
