Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles of photography and the correct and standard techniques of intraoral and extraoral photography, which is an important part of patient records in dentistry. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Will be able to explain the importance of dental photography, 2. Will be able to describe the basic rules of photography, 3. Will be able to distinguish basic concepts such as ISO / aperture / shutter speed, 4. Will be able to classify SLR/DSLR cameras, 5. Summarize the functions of camera, lens, light source and accessories, 6. Will be able to manipulate dental photography equipment, 7. Will be able to distinguish the basic types of dental photographs taken from patients, You will be able to explain processing and archiving photos. |
