Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to understand the support tissues used in total prostheses and to perform all appropriate laboratory procedures.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1. Will be able to define the support tissues used in full dentures and the points to be considered in the dimensions of these tissues;
2. Will be able to classify various measurement techniques used in full dentures;
3. Will be able to summarize the methods of occlusal recordings in complete dentures;
4. Will be able to explain the principles of tooth alignment in full dentures;
5. Will be able to perform laboratory finishing procedures in full dentures;
6. Will be able to apply post-finishing repair, priming and rebagging techniques in full dentures;
7. You will be able to interpret the construction stages of overdenture implants and the types of attachments used.

Course Content

To complete applications such as repair, priming and finishing after finishing; The aim is to learn the types of attachments applied in overdenture implants and the production stages of digital removable prostheses.
