Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to enable students to adopt the terminology related to all branches of dentistry and to use these words. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Understands, explains and uses dental terminology of general dentistry. 2. Understands, explains and uses the dental terminology of restorative dentistry. 3. Understands, explains and uses the dental terminology of pediatric dentistry. 4. Understands, explains and uses dental terminology related to orthodontics. 5. Understands, explains and uses dental terminology related to periodontology. 6. Understands, explains and uses dental terminology related to oral and maxillofacial surgery. 7. Understands, explains and uses dental terminology related to endodontic dentistry. 8. Understands, explains and uses dental terminology related to prosthetic dental treatment. 9. Understands, explains and uses dental terminology related to implantology. 10. Understands, explains and uses dental terminology related to dental laboratory procedures. |
