The techniques of self-explanation (interview, questionnaire, problem-screening lists, marking lists, autobiography etc.), observational techniques (observation, grading scales, case study, case recording, sociometry, knowledge, sociodrama etc.) and reliability studies, interpretation of its implementation and its results
