Course Objectives: To make discussions on the provisions in the field of Labour Law in the light of the doctrine and jurisprudence, to identify the scope of application of these provisions and to determine the problems derives from them.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
I. Distinguishes the labour contracts from other similar contracts related to the servicing
II. Defines the obligations and rights of employees arising from labour contract
III. Defines the obligations and rights of employers arising from labour contract
IV. Analyzes the obligations of employees after the termination of labour contract
V. Evaluates the legal consequences of the termination of labour contract both for employee and employer.
VI. Analyzes the legal regulations on working times, leisure and resting times for the duration of employment relationship
VII. Determines the claims of employees and evaluates how to calculate compensations and amount of claims
