Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to learn the concepts and working processes in the stages of sound recording, editing and design, to gain a creative perspective in the stages of sound recording, editing and sound intervention, and to create a discussion ground for aesthetic and social concepts in the transfer of information / story through sound.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1. To be able to record sound, edit recorded sounds and interfere with sound material for a certain purpose
2. To be able to evaluate the sounds we hear in a context
3. Being able to prepare better sound mixes by learning how we hear and evaluate what we hear
4. To be able to better understand the internal structure of music and to produce simple musical materials
