Course Objectives: The main aim of this course is to give the students basic information about storytelling methods and narrative structure with a focus on animation. Students will gain the knowledge and practice necessary to analyze a film script while learning how to write scripts.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Understands the basic elements, structure and terminology of the scenario.
2) Builds experience of script writing.
3) Gains the ability and practice of film analysis.

Course Content

Since the storyboard stage includes technical and visual information about the motion picture, it plays a major role in establishing the communication between the shooting teams during the shooting process. In this course storyboard applications will be made.
