Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to analyze and learn objective test methos in audiologic assessments in detailed. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1) Know immitancemetric test methods. 2) Learn OAE, ABR and ASSR tests methods and applications. 3) Know auditory evoked cortical responses. |
Introduction of the physical properties of the middle ear system , electroacoustic impedancemeter and measurement principles , electrophysiology, cochlea , the introduction of the brainstem and cortical responses , the measurement principles of evoked potentials , presentation and use of the devices , issues such as technological developments and monitoring of literature are covered in this course. |
