Course Objectives: To emphasize the importance of managers who work in organizations in global competitiveness to keep their assets and to act by knowing and applying current approaches to radical changes. To examine current approaches in contemporary management system which are frequently discussed in the business world and which have an important place in reaching organizational goals.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1. Explains terms related to management and organization science.

Course Content

It is emphasized that the current approaches leading to fundamental changes and the importance of acting by applying are emphasized in the ability of managers and businesses in organizations to sustain their assets in a global competitive environment. Current approaches in the contemporary management process, which are often considered in the business world and which are frequently discussed in the academic field and have an important place in achieving organizational goals, are examined in detail.
