Course Objectives: This course introduces students to the basic theories and terminology of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications as well as retail industry-specific concepts. Special emphasis is placed on developing custom applications by leveraging Nebim V3 ERP SDK (Software Development Kit) APIs for inventory management, store management, retail customer relationship management, discount campaign management, logistics, finance, accounting, human resources, payroll.

The course aims at preparing students for a career in software development and ERP implementation, as well as providing a foundation for more advanced training in Nebim V3. Successful participants will get the opportunity to obtain Nebim V3 User Training Certificate.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will:
1. Understand the need for ERP in retail organizations
2. Understand the fundamentals of retail concepts
3. Effectively use and implement Nebim V3 ERP
4. Leverage Nebim V3 ERP SDK (Software Development Kit) APIs to develop custom applications for the following subject areas:
