Course Objectives: | The techniques and principles of counseling process is studied both theoretically and applied. It was also aimed at students will establish therapeutic relation and use interview techniques and listening skills effectively after the course. To integrate basic level counseling skills and advanced counseling skill is the third goal of the course |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. To understand the process and steps of therapeutic communication. 2. To define therapeutic factors. 3. To understand and improve counseling skills 4. To develop an apprehension intended to general counseling process. 5. To utilize counseling skills appropriately. 6. To provide therapeutic factors in counseling 7. To utilize basic and advanced level counseling skills 8. To evaluate yourself as a counselor 9. To comprehend personal characteristic and cultural factors on counseling. |
