Course Objectives: The aim of the study is to provide informations about basic concepts related to human relations, basic factors that effects human relations, elements of communication, important aspects of communication in personal and career life of individuals, and to help students to improve their communication skills.

Course Content

Definition of communication, elements of communication, self in communication and giving and receiving feedback, factor that facilitate or hinder communication, trust in communication, nonverbal communication, emotion in communication, conflict resolution in communication.
