Course Objectives: Objective of the course is concept of urban lighting and giving information about ideal urban lighting subject.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
- Researching of urban, social identity, lighting and human relations and position and importance of lighting in urban life

- Learning basic concepts in lighting, colours, measuring methods

- Light sources vand types that using in lighting

- Armatures and selection parameters that using in lighting

Course Content

Technological developments, developments in lighting techniques, expansion of urbans, changing of life standards, lighting the urban structures and components in terms of their location and characteristics, urban lighting concept, lighting of image, lighting urbans for night safety, perception of image, lighting of urban worths.
