Course Content

Conseptual expressions: Rural area and rural settlement, metropolitan rural/urban areas, metropolitan regioning, metropolitan area concept, pre industrial urbans development period, urban transition periods in developing countries, comparing of developing and developed in terms of metropolitan area: ekonomic, social and space. Urban in globalization period, Istanbul urban macroform.
