Course Content

In this course Sensors, Sensor Characteristics, physical characteristics of sensitivity; Elektric load, Field and potentiak, Piezoelectric effect, Pyroelectric effect, Hall effect, Seebeck ve Peltier effectsi , Inteface electronics, Temperature Sensors,semiconductor pn junction sensors, Optic temperature sensors; Acoustic temperature sensors; Piezo electric temperature sensors , Chemical sensors and Sensor Materials will be taught.

4) physical characteristics of sensitivity; Elektric load, Field and potentiak ; capasitance, magnetism,Induction, Resistance, Piezoelectric effect, Pyroelectric effect,Hall effect, Seebeck ve Peltier effectsi; sound wawes,temperature termal properties of sensing material
5) Optical compounds of sensors; Radiometry, photometry, Optical fiber and wave guides ; thermal absorption interferometer
6) Inteface electronics; Sensor ınput /output ampflicatorsr; stimulus circuits; Oscilators; AD/DA converters ; digitizers; noise
7) Temperature Sensors; Termoresistive sensors; Termoelectric contact sensors; semiconductor pn junction sensors;
