	1) Gain the skills to use basic level theoretical and practical knowledge acquired within the field in the same field of a higher education level or in a field of same level. 2) Interpret and evaluate data, define problems, do analysis, produce solutions based on proof with using basic level knowledge and practices gained within the field.	1) Karar, uygulama ve davranışlarında işletmecilik ve yönetim alanına ilişkin edindiği bilgileri kullanma becerisine sahiptir. 2) Alana ilişkin bilgileri analiz etme, yorumlama ve değerlendirme becerisine sahiptir.

	1) Transfer the ideas based on the basic knowledge and skills acquired within the field through written and oral communication. 2) Share the ideas and solution proposals to problems about issues within the field with professionals and non-professionals. 3) Monitor the developments in the field and communicate with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio A2 General Level. 4) Use informatics and communication technologies with at least a minimum level of European Computer Driving License Basic Level software knowledge.	1) Alanı ile ilgili edindiği bilgi ve beceriler düzeyindeki düşüncelerini ve önerilerini ilgililere yazılı ve sözlü olarak aktarır. 2) Çalışma arkadaşlarına yardıma yatkındır. 3) Avrupa Dil Portföyü A2 Genel Düzeyinde (en az alanındaki bilgileri takip edebilecek ve meslektaşları ile iletişim kurabilecek kadar) yabancı dil bilgisine sahiptir. 4) Alanının gerektirdiği en az Avrupa Bilgisayar Kullanma Lisansı Temel Düzeyinde bilgisayar yazılımı ile birlikte bilişim ve iletişim teknolojilerini kullanır.

Competence to Work Independently and Take Responsibility
	1) Conduct studies at basic level within the field independently. 2) Take responsibility as a team member in order to solve unexpected complex problems faced in the implementations within the field. 3) Conduct activities towards the development of subordinates within a project.	1) Kendisine verilen görev ve sorumlulukları yerine getirir. 2) Uygulamada karşılaşılan ya da öngörülemeyen sorunlar için ekip üyesi olarak sorumluluk alır.

Conjoined

1) To have the ability to understand the basic concepts of Banking and Insurance and to be able to use them effectively in business.

2) To have the ability to work individually or in a team when needed on matters related to his/her profession and to follow and apply the developments in his/her sector.

3) To be equipped with the necessary knowledge to carry out the legal responsibilities and to follow the related regulations in their sector.

4) To understand the importance of banking and insurance from the point of the state’s economy and enterprises and to express this importance properly.

5) To be able to use the computer as well as the profession requires and to be able to do work, accumulate knowledge and to use this knowledge relevantly and effectively.

6) To make them gain the ability to find practical solutions for the problems of daily commercial activities and to take correct decisions.

7) To be able to take responsibilities in banking and insurance sector and more generally in the finance sector and to be qualified to start his/her own business after the legal requirements have been met.

8) To have the competency to carry out the accountancy related to banking and insurance.
