Course Objectives: The course is based on teaching legal writing techniques, petition writing in general, writing complaints, objections, appeals and appeals in particular, the principles to be applied in official correspondence, indictment and decision writing techniques.

1. As a lawyer, you will learn about the powers and responsibilities of the investigative authorities in criminal investigation.
2. You will see and learn the importance and benefits of using Turkish in the written language, legal concepts, and therefore legal writing.
3. You will have theoretical and practical knowledge in seeing and solving the legal problem.
