Course Objectives: | The purpose of this course is to teach the students the successful implementation of information and communication technologies project development and management. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Apply the new trends in the process 2. Define and explain the stages of the project development 3. Design the project scope, budget and time plan efficiently 4. Apply the stages of project management efficiently 5. Discuss the current works with project managers 6. Use the related softwares of project management cycle. 7. Manage and develop information technologies related to projects. |
