Course Objectives: | To provide students with the knowledge and skills about management techniques and practices necessary at private security department. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Explain the terms of management and organization field. 2. Know classical, neoclassical and modern management thinking flows. 3. Know management functions. 4. Know and explain the components of private security organizations. 5. Distinguish private security organization according to various bases. 6. Prepare the organization chart in private security organization. 7. Know the new organizational models and techniques. |
