Course Objectives: | To evaluate physiotherapy approaches applied to the anatomy, physiology, pathology and diseases of structures related to the musculoskeletal system. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; This course includes; Musculoskeletal system formations, Motor control Segmental motor innervation, General physical assessment, Musculoskeletal system assessment, Regional assessment of the spine and extremities, Spinal mobility, Postural variations, General problems, Spine and pelvis, Upper extremity, Lower extremity, Approach to acute musculoskeletal pain, Approach to chronic pain, Protective and preventive approaches; topics. |
Lists the formations and functioning of the musculoskeletal system. Summarizes the pathologies of the musculoskeletal system. Discuss the physiotherapy approaches of the musculoskeletal system. Summarizes the physiotherapy approaches used in the treatment of the spine and pelvis. Distinguishes the treatment methods for the upper and lower extremities. |
