Course Objectives: To gain the basic knowledge and attitudes that will enable the management activities related to the planning, organization, execution, coordination and control of nursing services to be able to discuss the present and the future of the profession in the light of the country's health policies and professionalism principles in nursing.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
To be able to define the basic concepts and theories of nursing services management
Ability to outline the management process and organization of nursing services
To be able to discuss the position of nursing in health professions in the light of professionalism principles and current health politics
To be able to explain basic management approaches in nursing services
Summarizing human resources management functions of nursing services
To be able to believe the importance of professional values and ethical principles in the management of nursing services
