Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to learn SGK medula optical system used in optician institutions, product tracking system and to gain the ability to use basic package programs effectively.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To be able to use package programs used in optician organizations
2) Medula optical system will have information about prescription recording procedures and prescription recording.
3) Knows SGK price list and recognizes glass groups
4) Uses product tracking system

Course Content

This course; To be able to recognize the SGK medula optical system and question the rights, Manual prescription entry in SSI medula optical system, checking the prescribed entry Termination process in SGK medula optical system, Afak contact lenses, prismatic glass and telescopic glasses prescription report recording procedures, SGK price list and recognition of glass groups, What is Product Tracking System, for what purpose is used in institutions Notification of Consumption in Product Tracking System,Consumer return transactions, Stock introduction, Glass, Lens, Frame stock entries, Inventory exit operations, Stock transfer between branches Inventory cards, Inventory counting, Barcode printing, Cash check sheet, payment plan installment and closing of open accounts, Creating customer records and invoicing issues
